Hybridisation through generations of breeding means that most strains (except for heirlooms/landraces) can’t simply be classified as indica or sativa. In fact, nearly all modern varieties contain both indica and sativa genetics.

These strains strike a balance between more sativa and more indica effects. Not too cerebral and energising, not too calming and relaxing. Just right.
