How do I explore products and navigate the site?

We’ve built Pips from the ground up to streamline strain discovery and exploration. Explore the collection by seed type, brand and many other categories via the top navigation.

You can then apply and remove filters to view selected combinations across a huge range of characteristics (seed type, THC/CBD levels, aromas, lineages, etc). Utilise the AJAX search bar at the top of every page if you know what you’re looking for, or to discover something new.

Can I collect my order?

We are an online only store but please note that the three-point Pips Seedbank Guarantee applies to all website orders and guarantees fast and discreet delivery as standard. See the ‘Guarantees’ section below for more info on our promises to you.

Am I able to buy single seeds?

Subject to availability, and/or at the discretion of the breeder, many of the seeds from our collection can be purchased as singles. Please get in touch with your request if the option is not available on the product page (and note we may not be able to supply the original packaging).

Do you offer any freebies?

On top of our breeder-specific promos, every order over £25 qualifies for extra free seeds. Spend £50 to choose two free seeds, £75 to choose three free seeds, up to a max of 4 (£100 spend). Select your freebies from our choice of 12 premium strains in the basket page during checkout.

We like to treat our customers and from time to time will include some extra freebies in your order. We reward loyalty with more freebies, as it should be.

Is there a discount code for buying seeds?

We always have ongoing promos with our favourite breeder partners so regularly check back on the website and Instagram. Can’t wait? Apply the discount code PIPS-10 during checkout for 10% off your next order!

How do I grow my seeds once I have received them?

In the UK and in many locales around the world, it is entirely legal to buy and own cannabis seeds. However, as per our site disclaimer, all seeds are sold by Pips Seedbank as collectable souvenirs only for the preservation of cannabis genetics. Always comply with your local laws.

Will my details be safe with Pips Seedbank?

Pips Seedbank is committed to safeguarding your data security and privacy. All transactions are encrypted and fully protected by the latest web SSL security standards. We will never misuse or sell your personal data to a third party.

What payment options does Pips Seedbank accept?

During checkout you may choose from any of our current payment options:

  • Credit / debit card (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro)
  • Direct bank transfer
  • Bitcoin, or other cryptocurrency
  • Cash by post

We currently accept card payments from 14 different countries, including the UK, Canada and most EU countries. Visit our How to Pay section for more information.

Direct bank transfer (BACS) payments usually clear within a few hours but in very rare circumstances may take up to 3 days. Please note that we cannot ship your order until payment has cleared.

What will appear on my card statement?

Credit or debit card transactions made via Pips Seedbank will appear on your statement as “HW Crafts Ltd” without mentioning or affiliating with cannabis. This ensures your shopping experience with us remains 100% discreet.

How do I redeem a Pips Seedbank coupon?

Gift vouchers / coupon codes can be applied to your basket during checkout. Discounts applied won’t affect free shipping, and how many free seeds you have qualified for. Check back regularly for the latest special offers, and drop us a follow on Instagram to be the first to know.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

Navigate to My Account to view your orders. Here you may export/download a copy of your invoice in pdf format.

What is the Pips Seedbank Guarantee?

Alongside our Rewards scheme and premium free seeds offer, the three-point guarantee on all orders ensures you receive an experience you won’t get anywhere else:

  • Unbeatable Delivery. We guarantee dispatch within 48 hours on all orders, though most orders placed before 2pm are shipped the same day. Our minimum delivery service is Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class for UK customers (1-3 working days), and International Tracked (3-7 working days) for all worldwide orders. Both options are FREE if you spend above the threshold, and on top of that, if your order gets lost by the courier, we will replace it for FREE.
  • Discreet Shipping. All orders are discreetly shipped in an unmarked, padded envelope as standard. We stealth all international packages at no extra charge and we are also happy to accommodate your special requests for enhanced/custom stealth shipping – just let us know when placing your order.
  • Lower Prices. We regularly review our pips prices to be in line and beat our competitors. If you find a better price elsewhere, we’ll do our best to match it and we’ll also throw in some extra freebies for letting us know.

We only partner with trusted breeders that have proven pedigree and value. Additionally, all seeds are perfectly stored in a temperature-controlled environment for maximum freshness. This ensures your seeds always arrive in the best possible condition.

Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes, Pips will ship to you wherever you are in the world. However, by placing an order with us you are confirming that you have checked and are following local laws (as per our site disclaimer).

Under the Pips Seedbank Guarantee, we will resend missing packages for FREE as a result of any courier errors, but we cannot control or take responsibility for the actions of Customs and Excise. We take every step for stealth and discreetness with all packages to minimise this risk, but any packages that are intercepted due to local laws fall outside of this guarantee and will not be automatically subjected to a free replacement.

When will my order arrive?

We guarantee dispatch within 48 hours on all orders, though most orders placed before 2pm are shipped the same day. You will receive an email to confirm we’ve received your order, and another once your order has shipped.

Royal Mail aims to deliver 1st Class mail the next working day for UK orders and International Tracked in 3-5 working days (Europe) or 5-7 working days (Worldwide).

Please note that these timescales are aims and the courier continues to advise that minor delays to service may be experienced due to COVID-19 (staffing issues and fewer scheduled flights). Even though this is out of our control, we’ll do our best to resolve any delays with the courier.

Once you receive a dispatch confirmation email, you can Track Your Order within My Account or via the provided tracking info.

How much will it cost to deliver my seeds?

UK orders:

Our minimum delivery service is Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class (1-3 working days). This is FREE on all orders over £25.

A flat delivery cost of £2.99 applies to orders below £25.

If you need your seeds even faster, choose Special Delivery Guaranteed (next day by 1 pm). This service is £8.99 or FREE on all orders over £150.

EU, USA, Canada & Worldwide orders:

All of our international orders are dispatched by Royal Mail International Tracked. This is FREE on all orders over £100, otherwise £9.99.

Feel free to get in touch to discuss any custom shipping or stealth requests and we’ll try to accommodate your wishes.

Will my order arrive in discreet packaging?

All orders are discreetly shipped in an unmarked, padded envelope as standard. The only visible information on the package will be a printed address. Where possible, we will not remove your seeds from the original breeder packs.

We take every step for stealth and discreetness with our international orders and we offer stealth packaging at no extra cost. However, we understand conditions are more difficult in locations such as Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Africa. If you are from one of these regions we may need to remove seeds from the original breeder packaging. Please contact us before placing an order so we can agree on the best possible course of action and ensure the highest chance of your seeds arriving safely.

Do you send all seeds in original packaging?

We recognise that many buyers love the collectability aspect of original seed packages, so where we can, yes absolutely.

When this is not possible (and on your request), we are happy to ship the empty original packaging separately for a small additional fee to cover postage costs.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns and will refund in full for any reason, provided the product is returned in a new, unused and unopened condition within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please note the cost of the items will be refunded but we cannot refund any shipping charges, unless the item arrives damaged.

Do you offer exchanges?

We are happy to exchange an order for something different, as long as the request is raised no later than 7 days after receipt of delivery. Any items returned for exchange must be in original packaging in an unopened and unused condition.

How do I create an account?

  1. Visit the ‘My Account’ section at the top right of the website.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Select ‘I am a new customer’ and follow the remaining prompts.

Alternatively, you will be able to create an account during the checkout process.

How do I edit my account information?

Visit ‘My Account’ found at the top right of the website to edit your account information.

Can I cancel my order?

If you have made a mistake or changed your mind about your order, please contact us as soon as possible. After your order ships it is no longer possible to cancel an order.

I was completing an order and a website error occurred. Was my order processed?

If your order was processed successfully you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Please firstly check your registered email address and junk mail folders for this confirmation and if you’re unable to find it, contact us via the web form or at [email protected] for us to investigate.

I received my order but there’s a problem.

Every order from Pips is wrapped beautifully inside a genuine padded Jiffy envelope for protection and is dispatched in perfect condition. Unfortunately, however, courier accidents during transit do happen.

Please contact our customer support team within 72 hours of receiving your order in order to help us resolve the issue.
