Yes, Pips will ship to you wherever you are in the world.

By placing an order with us you are confirming that you have checked and are following local laws (as per our site disclaimer).

Under the Pips Seedbank Guarantee, we will resend missing packages for FREE as a result of any courier errors, but we cannot control or take responsibility for the actions of Customs and Excise. We take every step for stealth and discreetness with all packages to minimise this risk, but any packages that are intercepted due to local laws fall outside of this guarantee and will not be automatically subjected to a free replacement.

Our stealth packaging boasts a 100% delivery success rate.

Most orders placed before 2pm Mon – Sat are shipped same day.

You will receive an email to confirm we’ve received your order, and another once your order has shipped. Tracking is included as standard on all orders.

Our courier will deliver 🇬🇧 Express Tracked orders in 1 working day, 🇬🇧 Standard Tracked orders in 2-3 working days, and 🌎 International Tracked shipments in 3-5 working days (Europe) or 5-10 working days (Worldwide).

These timescales are delivery aims provided by the courier and once dispatched, we can’t speed up the process, but we’ll always do our best to resolve any delays.

🇬🇧 Express Tracked: £4.95 – delivery in 1 working day.

🇬🇧 Standard Tracked: £2.95 – delivery in 2-3 working days. Free on orders over £100.

🌎 International Tracked: £9.95. Delivery dependent on location (3-10 working days)

Note: Signatures on delivery are not required for any of our shipping services.

All orders are discreetly shipped in an unmarked, padded envelope as standard. The only visible information on the package will be a label-printed address.

For all UK orders (and Worldwide orders where possible), your seeds will remain in original breeder packs.

Yes, for extra peace of mind we can send your seeds with our world-class stealth packaging. Please select this option during checkout and we will reach out with more information on order confirmation.

We do not openly publish our methods, however we are proud to boast a perfect 100% delivery success rate.

To protect our customers, stealth packaging is mandated for the following countries/regions: Australia, New Zealand, Russia, Asia and Africa.

The only exception is Worldwide orders placed with enhanced stealth packaging. As we recognise that many customers love the collectability aspect of original breeder packs, we will gladly send them separately upon your request.
