Do you deliver worldwide?
When will my order arrive?
We guarantee dispatch within 48 hours on all orders, though most orders placed before 2pm are shipped the same day. You will receive an email to confirm we’ve received your order, and another once your order has shipped.
Royal Mail aims to deliver 1st Class mail the next working day for UK orders and International Tracked in 3-5 working days (Europe) or 5-10 working days (Worldwide).
Please note that these timescales are aims and Royal Mail continue to advise that minor delays to service may be experienced due to COVID-19 (staffing issues and fewer scheduled flights). Even though this is out of our control, we’ll do our best to resolve any delays with the courier.
Once you receive a dispatch confirmation email, you can Track Your Order within My Account or via the provided tracking info.
How much will it cost to deliver my seeds?
Our minimum delivery service is Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class (1-2 working days). This is FREE on all orders over £25.
A flat delivery cost of £2.99 applies to orders below £25.
If you need your seeds even faster, choose Special Delivery Guaranteed (next day by 1 pm). This service is £8.99 or FREE on all orders over £150.
EU, USA, Canada & Worldwide orders:
All of our international orders are dispatched by Royal Mail International Tracked. This is FREE on all orders over £150, otherwise £9.99.

Will my order arrive in discreet packaging?
All orders are discreetly shipped in an unmarked, padded envelope as standard. The only visible information on the package will be a printed address. Where possible, we will not remove your seeds from the original breeder packs.
We take every step for stealth and discreetness with our international orders and we offer stealth packaging at no extra cost. However, we understand conditions are more difficult in locations such as Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Africa. If you are from one of these regions we may need to remove seeds from the original breeder packaging. Please contact us before placing an order so we can agree on the best possible course of action and ensure the highest chance of your seeds arriving safely.
Do you send all seeds in original packaging?
We recognise that many buyers love the collectability aspect of original seed packages, so where we can, yes absolutely.
When this is not possible (and on your request), we are happy to ship the empty original packaging separately for a small additional fee to cover postage costs.
